SEO, starting with what you already pay for
$1,600/mo · 3-month initial termTechnical fixes, on-page work and a content plan. We start by laying your ads data over your search rankings, so the first SEO work goes where it saves you money.
Most SEO services for small business start with a keyword list. We start with your ad account. If you're paying for clicks on searches you already rank first for, that's money you might not need to spend. If you're paying heavily for a search where you rank nowhere, that's a page worth building. The overlap tells us where SEO pays for itself soonest.
The overlap map
Every keyword you care about lands in one of four boxes.
You pay, and you rank in the top 3
Often your own brand name. Worth testing a pullback. We test in one region or for a fixed window before changing anything for good.
You pay, and you don't rank
Keep buying the click for now. If the search earns its keep, build a page that can rank for it.
You rank, and you don't pay
Leave it alone. Protect the page, and point internal links at it.
Neither
Decide whether it's worth either. Some searches aren't.
| Search | Paying for it? | Organic position | What we'd look at |
|---|---|---|---|
| [your business name] | Yes | 1 | Test lowering brand bids in one region |
| water heater replacement [city] | Yes | Not in top 50 | Build a service page for it |
| how to drain a water heater | No | 4 | Leave it; link it to the service page |
| tankless water heater cost | No | Not ranking | Candidate for an article |
The full map comes with the Search + Ads Audit, and All-Channel reviews it every quarter.

SEO questions
How much does SEO cost, and how is the fee worked out?
$1,600 a month, flat. It doesn't depend on keyword counts or page counts. It's lower than many agency retainers because it doesn't include link buying or a heavy writing program. If you want articles written, Two-Track includes two a month.
How long until rankings move?
Technical fixes can show in Search Console within weeks of Google recrawling the site. Rankings for competitive searches usually take months, and some never move much. We'll tell you which is which in month one, rather than at month six.
Who owns the site, Search Console and the content when this ends?
You. We work inside your CMS and your Search Console. Content we write for you is yours once paid for, and the change log comes with you.
What's not included, and which service covers it?
Google Business Profile and map rankings are Local SEO. Store product and collection pages sit in E-commerce growth. Bottom-funnel B2B content is part of B2B & SaaS demand gen. We don't buy links at all.
What do you need from us to start?
User access to Search Console, viewer access to GA4, an editor login for your CMS (a separate user for us, not yours), and viewer access to your ad account if you run ads, so we can build the overlap map.
