Shopping, Performance Max and the feed underneath

$2,200/mo · Shopping/PMax spend up to $10,000 included · 3-month initial term

For stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce. We fix the product feed, run Shopping and Performance Max on it, and work on product and collection pages for search. Reported against your store's revenue, not just the platform's.

Performance Max decides a lot on its own. What it can't do is fix a bad feed. Vague titles, missing GTINs and no margin data mean it spends on whatever's easiest, often your own brand name. As an e-commerce PPC agency, we start under the campaigns, in the feed, because that's where you still have control.

The feed-fix checklist

The first month goes through every one of these.

  • Titles: what it is, then brand, size, color and material, in the order people search for them
  • GTINs filled in wherever the product has one
  • Google product category and your own product type, both set
  • Custom labels by margin band, so high-margin products can get their own budget
  • Custom labels for bestsellers, seasonal lines and clearance
  • Price, availability and shipping matching the site
  • Merchant Center disapprovals cleared, and the reason logged for each
  • Image checks: no watermarks, no text overlays, correct crop
  • Brand terms separated out, so you can see how much PMax spends on people already searching for you

Why we report MER as well as ROAS

ROAS is what each platform says it earned for each dollar it spent. MER is your total store revenue divided by your total ad spend. The platforms often both claim the same order, so their ROAS figures can add up to more sales than you actually made.

Say Google reports a ROAS of 6 and Meta reports 4. Your store took $80,000 that month on $16,000 of total ad spend. Your MER is 5. That's the number that pays the bills, so it's the one we lead the report with.

Illustrative numbers. Not client data.

E-commerce questions

How much does e-commerce growth cost, and how is the fee worked out?

$2,200 a month. That includes managing up to $10,000 a month of Shopping and Performance Max spend. Above $10,000, it's 9% of the extra. So at $15,000 of spend, the fee is $2,200 plus $450.

How long until the feed is healthy?

Most feed fixes go in during the first month, and Merchant Center usually re-reviews products within days. Big catalogs take longer. Campaigns need a few weeks on the cleaner feed before the numbers mean much.

Who owns the feed and Merchant Center when this ends?

You. Merchant Center is under your Google account and the feed lives in your store or your feed app. We don't host it anywhere you can't reach.

What's not included, and which service covers it?

Meta campaigns are Meta ads. Purchase tracking is Tracking & Analytics Setup. Abandoned-cart and post-purchase emails are Email & retention. All three sit inside All-Channel.

What do you need from us to start?

Admin access to Merchant Center and manager access to Google Ads, staff access to your store (a separate account for us), and a rough idea of margin by product line so we can set the labels.

Is PMax spending on your own name?

Tell us your store and rough spend. On the free call we'll say what we'd check first in the feed.
