B2B demand gen, counted in pipeline
$3,200/mo · combined spend up to $15,000 included · 3-month initial termLinkedIn Ads, high-intent Google Search and two bottom-funnel articles a month, for sales-led and hybrid SaaS and B2B teams. We follow leads into HubSpot or Salesforce, so the report talks about opportunities, not just form fills.
Cheap leads are easy. A dashboard can show a falling cost per lead while sales says none of them were real. As a B2B demand generation agency, we'd rather report one number your sales team agrees with than five they don't. That means connecting the ads to your CRM early.
Lead, SQL, opportunity
Each step down the ladder is fewer people and a better signal. We report all of them, and move bidding down the ladder as soon as there's enough volume to do it.
Lead
Sales-qualified lead
Opportunity
Closed won
- A demo request, trial signup or form fill. Easy to count, easy to inflate.
- Sales has looked and said yes, worth a conversation. This is where we'd like the ads to aim.
- A deal exists in the CRM with a value on it. The figure we put at the top of the report once there's data.
- Reported when your sales cycle allows. On long cycles that can be months after the click, so we don't wait for it to make decisions.
How the CRM talks back to the ads
- 1. Someone clicks an ad. The click ID is saved on their CRM record with the form.
- 2. Sales moves the record to SQL or creates an opportunity.
- 3. That stage change goes back to Google Ads and LinkedIn as a conversion, matched to the original click.
- 4. Bidding learns which clicks turned into pipeline, not just which ones filled a form.
Works with HubSpot and Salesforce. Needs enough SQLs a month to be useful; until then, we bid on leads and report the rest.
About LinkedIn budgets
LinkedIn clicks are expensive. Below roughly $3,000–$5,000 a month of LinkedIn spend, the data comes in too slowly to learn much. If that's where you are, we'd start with Google Search and add LinkedIn later.

B2B & SaaS questions
How much does B2B demand gen cost, and how is the fee worked out?
$3,200 a month, which includes managing up to $15,000 a month of combined LinkedIn and Google spend, plus two articles. Above $15,000, it's 9% of the extra. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to LinkedIn and Google.
How long until this shows up as pipeline?
Leads can start within the first weeks. Pipeline depends on your sales cycle: on a 60-day cycle, you won't see opportunities from month one's clicks until month three. That's one reason the initial term is three months.
Who owns the ad accounts and audiences when this ends?
You. Campaign Manager, Google Ads, the CRM and every matched audience are yours. We remove ourselves when you ask, and nothing we built stops working.
What's not included, and which service covers it?
Broader SEO beyond the two articles is SEO. A full GA4 and Tag Manager setup is Tracking & Analytics Setup. New demo pages are Landing Page. We don't do outbound.
What do you need from us to start?
Campaign Manager access on your LinkedIn ad account, manager access to Google Ads, a CRM user for us with access to the deal pipeline, and your definition of an SQL. If sales and marketing disagree on that definition, that's the first conversation.
