Your Google Business Profile, done properly
$550/mo per location · $480 each for 2–4 · 3-month initial termLocal SEO services for businesses people find on the map: the profile, citations, location pages and review requests that follow Google's rules. Priced per location.
For a lot of local businesses, the Google Business Profile matters more than the website. It's what people see when they search on their phone, and it's where the call button is. Google business profile optimization is mostly unglamorous: every field filled in, the right categories, hours that are actually right. Then it's keeping it that way.
Every field we touch
This is the list we work through on each profile, and what you get back in the change log.
- Primary category, chosen for what you most want to be found for
- Secondary categories, only the ones that are true
- Services, each with a short description
- Products, where they apply
- Attributes (accessibility, payment types, and the like)
- Regular hours and holiday hours
- Business description, within Google's 750 characters
- Service area or address, matching how you really operate
- Website and appointment links, tagged so visits from the profile show up separately in GA4
- Photo guidance: what to shoot, and how often to add new ones
- Q&A seeded with the questions customers actually ask
- Name, address and phone checked against your top 10 citations
- A review-request link and a message template with no incentives and no filtering of unhappy customers
Monthly, on top: posts, photo prompts, citation fixes, location-page updates and a check that nobody has edited the profile without you knowing.

What's included
- The full checklist above in month one

- A location page on your site per location, kept current
- A monthly report: profile calls, direction requests and website visits, as Google reports them
Not included

Who owns the profile
You stay the primary owner of the profile under your Google account. We're added as a manager, never as owner. If a previous agency owns your profile, we'll walk you through getting it back before anything else.

Local SEO questions
How much does local SEO cost, and how is the fee worked out?
It's per location, because the work repeats per location: $550 a month for one, $480 each for two to four. Five or more, we quote, since it depends on how alike the locations are. A one-off profile clean-up is $450.
How long until we see more calls from the map?
Profile changes show on Google within days, sometimes hours. Whether that means more calls depends on your competition, your reviews and how far people are from you, and that settles over a few months. We report the calls Google counts from the profile so you can watch it.
Who owns the Google Business Profile when this ends?
You, as primary owner. We're a manager. When we finish, you remove us in two clicks, and the profile, its reviews and its photos stay put.
What's not included, and which service covers it?
Ranking your website for searches beyond your location pages is SEO. Search ads showing above the map are Google Ads. Tracking which calls came from where is Tracking & analytics.
What do you need from us to start?
Manager access to each profile (you invite us from the profile's settings), a login for your site so we can edit location pages, and a list of what you really offer at each location. No passwords.
