Refund Policy

All Oneirly Digital Marketing LLC services are professional digital services customised per client. Contact us before submitting a formal request - most issues can be resolved directly.

1. Ads Sprint (One-Time)

1.1 Before work begins

Full refund if cancelled before work commences.

1.2 After work begins

No refund once work has started. Partial credit at our discretion if substantial work remains.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

2.1 Active billing periods

No refund for billing periods where work has been scheduled or begun.

2.2 First-month concerns

Contact us within 7 days of first delivery. We will work to resolve. Partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. Qualifying Circumstances

3.1 Non-delivery

If we fail to deliver agreed services due to internal circumstances and cannot remedy within a reasonable timeframe, we will pro-rate a refund for undelivered work.

3.2 Duplicate charges

Refunded in full within 5 business days.

4. Non-Qualifying

• Dissatisfaction with search rankings (outside our control)
• Delays caused by client failure to provide access
• Change of mind after work has started
• Accepted deliverables

5. How to Request

• Response within 2 business days, decision within 7
• Approved refunds to original payment method within 10 business days
