Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Search engines change constantly and are operated by third parties. We guarantee professional execution of every element in your campaign plan and clear communication when we need to adjust course.

How does paid media management pricing work?

Flat monthly fee only. No percentage of ad spend. Your media budget goes directly to Google or Meta - we have no incentive to push your spend higher because our fee does not change.

What is the minimum commitment?

Three months for all retainer services. After the minimum, cancel with 30 days written notice. The Ads Sprint is one-time with no minimum.

Do you work with any industry?

We have experience in healthcare, legal, industrial, e-commerce, professional services, and real estate. We turn down enquiries where we honestly do not think paid or organic search is the right investment at that stage.

What happens to deliverables if we cancel?

Everything we produce belongs to you from the day we deliver it. Content, reports, strategy documents, ad creative - no conditions, no clawbacks.

Are services delivered remotely?

Yes. We are based in Sheridan, Wyoming and work with clients across the US. Everything is digital - reports by email, content via Google Docs or CMS, ad work via account access. No on-site requirements for any service.

Can I use both SEO and paid media together?

Yes - our Growth and Authority packages combine both. We coordinate organic and paid strategy so they reinforce each other rather than competing for budget or cannibalising the same traffic.
