Dogs Dream Meaning
Lately, I’ve been dreamin’ a lot ‘bout ownin’ dogs, which is kinda strange since I’m more of a cat person in real life. I don’t have no dog, nor do I really want one, but for the past couple of months, I keep dreamin’ about takin’ care of ‘em. It ain’t every night, but maybe every couple of weeks, if not once a week, I’ll have one of these dreams.
To give y’all a quick rundown, these dreams usually have me lookin’ after dogs and tryin’ to walk ‘em. There’s one dream that sticks out where I was watchin’ my dog (a brown and white Jack Russell) in the yard when this other dog (a tan GSD) jumped the fence and started barkin’ at my dog real aggressive-like. Most of the time, the dogs in my dreams act up or get curious, and it tends to make me feel a little stressed out, no matter what’s goin’ on.
The dogs in my dreams have been a mix of a white GSD, a brown-and-white Jack Russell, a black-and-white Border Collie, an Aussie Shepherd, a couple different GSDs, and even a grey pit bull and a French Bulldog. In one of the dreams with the white GSD, I was tryin’ to keep it from runnin’ onto a baseball field ‘cause I thought it was dangerous. Another time, I had to bathe a brindle GSD after it got dirty ‘cause I hadn’t put its coat on right. Just last night, I had a dream where I was walkin’ my Border Collie around the block, but it was pullin’ me all over the place ‘cause of its strength. Oh, and at one point, a grey French Bulldog just stood there starin’ me down.
These dogs sometimes got names too. The white GSD’s name is Ivory, and my Jack Russell is named Arney (short for Arnold, after Arnold Schwarzenegger—kinda funny, right?).
