I’ve never had a dream quite like this before—at least, not one that I can remember.
In the dream, I encountered a demon, but I didn’t feel fear. I felt like I was supposed to be afraid, but instead, I became angry. I followed it into another room, filled with rage, and started beating it up. As I attacked, the demon transformed into a terrifying monster, screaming at me. But instead of running, I screamed back even louder. I kept choking it and beating it, though I don’t remember exactly what I was yelling. Then, I woke up.
Right before this, I had another intense dream:
I defended a woman from a violent man, and in response, he tried to kill me. I ran for my life, but then another man found me, held a gun to my head, and demanded my phone. I gave it to him and ran again—somehow, I survived.
In the next part of the dream, I became a famous lawyer (which I actually am in real life), but I was afraid that the first man would find me and kill me.
Immediately after that, I had the dream where I faced the demon and killed it.
Could these dreams be connected? And what could they mean?
These two dreams appear deeply connected, reflecting themes of confrontation, survival, and empowerment.
The first dream, where you defended a woman and were later pursued, suggests that you are someone who instinctively protects others and fights for justice (which aligns with your real-life profession as a lawyer and author). However, it also highlights a fear of vulnerability—perhaps that standing up for others could put you at risk, or that past experiences have left you wary of threats that might resurface.
The second dream, where you faced the demon with rage instead of fear, is incredibly significant. Demons in dreams often represent inner struggles, fears, or external forces that challenge us. The fact that you attacked it instead of running suggests a major personal transformation or an awakening of inner strength. This could indicate that you are actively confronting personal or professional challenges that once intimidated you—but now, you’re fighting back with confidence and power.
Together, these dreams could symbolize a progression from feeling hunted and threatened (first dream) to standing your ground and overpowering what once seemed terrifying (second dream). It’s as if your subconscious is showing you that while there may be external pressures or past fears lingering, you are no longer a victim—you are in control.
If you’re currently facing major challenges in your career, personal life, or even within yourself, this dream may be a reflection of your own resilience and ability to overcome them.
