Lately, I’ve been having recurring dreams about a man silently watching me. The setting always changes, but it’s usually a large, confusing building like a sprawling hotel or a university campus. No matter where I am, I feel lost, unable to find an exit, or when I do, I feel pursued by something unseen.

I’ve always been a lucid dreamer and found it fascinating. I used to keep detailed dream journals, learning to spot signs like nonsensical clocks or scrambled writing to realize I was dreaming. Sometimes, I’d experience what I call “nested dreams,” where I wake up from one dream, only to discover I’m still dreaming.

However, this “Watching Man” is new. He just stands there, observing. After some research, I’ve learned it might symbolize my subconscious trying to confront unresolved issues. These dreams are unnervingly vivid—so real that waking up feels like being yanked out of an alternate reality.

To make things even stranger, I once decided to interact with a dream character and asked him for the time and date. Let’s just say that was a mistake! Now, I’m left wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.
