a dream where paint kept changing colors

I dreamt that I was holding a paint palette. I was mixing paint in it and the paint kept changing colors every two seconds. I figured it might mean that there are infinite possibilities i could follow in life rn but I cant seem to choose a path. but id love to hear your interpretations of what this dream might mean.
