Dreaming of Celebrities and Confrontations: What Does It Mean?

Well, cher, lemme tell ya ‘bout the dream I just had. I was stayin’ at this fancy ol’ hotel, y’know? The first group I was with had two famous folks I recognized. The first one, she looked all torn up ‘cause someone she was close to had passed. We was at a viewing for this fella, and his casket was wide open. Turns out, she used to be his hype gal—like his talent motivator or somethin’. I figured it was for actin’ since she’s an actress.

Now, the second celeb, we ended up at some spot where folks were drinkin’ and carryin’ on. Some man had the nerve to slap her on the behind—poor thing didn’t look comfortable with it at all. Then another one slapped me on mine. I played it cool, but I wasn’t too thrilled ‘bout that neither. She was wearin’ this fancy red dress that stood out like a crawfish in a bucket.

Next thing I know, I’m back in the hotel room with both of ‘em. Celeb #1 was layin’ in bed, and I was tryin’ to get some shut-eye too, but then this big ol’ tan spider came outta nowhere. That thing moved faster than a gator in a bayou, and I was scared outta my wits! Tried killin’ it, but it just wouldn’t die. Next thing I know, it’s chasin’ me down the hall! I ran to a housekeeper and begged her to help. She looked annoyed as all get out but tried to kill it. I can’t say for sure if she got it or not, though.

There was another spider just like the first one, and I was too spooked to go back to the room. Ended up in a room with my mama and sis. Tried to hop in bed, but I was so on edge ‘bout spiders I jumped right back out. Thought I saw somethin’ with glowin’ eyes under my pillow, but it turned out to be nothin’. Mama was fussin’ at me the whole time, goin’ on ‘bout how I’ve changed and how I ain’t the same person I used to be.

Oh, and I saw these cupcakes in the room—labeled ‘ButterTea Gray cupcakes.’ They looked so good I couldn’t help myself and ate a whole mess of ‘em. Mama said they looked good too, but that’s all I can remember, sugar.
